We start the little ones at age 5 and we love it when their parents older siblings join them for the fun.

Our Shogun Dojo Studio is conveniently located inside Fitness CF of St. Cloud, FL and Fitness CF of Orlando/Dr.Phillips, FL.
Your kids will learn Judo and Karate; these sports have been proven to teach children to be fit, confident and defend themselves from bullies.
Teens and Adults will be trained in our Krav Maga Seal System; this Military grade Self-Defense system consists of the latest strategies for defending against an unarmed and armed attacker!!
Our Dutch Muay Thai Kickboxing training has every ingredient you need to become a formidable stand up fighter. Safety comes first in our classes and we make it fun to practice.
Registration for our Martial Arts memberships is $49,- per family and only $75/mo. To add an additional family member it's only $50/mo!
Family Gym memberships are also available for affordable prices for just $29/mo and $39/mo.
We even have a Kiddie Gym available for a mere $20/mo with the purchase of our Gym memberships! This additional amenity allows parents with a Gym membership to drop off their kids so they may fully enjoy their personal fitness journey with us.

All students may wear any dojo shirt in class with Red, Blue, Pink or Black pants (Black pants for Black Belts only)
Protective Sparring Gear:

All training gear, uniforms and shirts must be purchased from Sensei Nick; not all gear may be used for safety reasons.
